HOW TO ORDER

RECEIVE QUOTATION

When receive an order from customer, we will give quotation to customer based on the customer's design & quantity. Then customer needs to pay us initial payment (about 40% from total payment).

PROVIDE ARTWORK

We will provide artwork based on customer's design. Customer have to confirm the artwork. If there's any error or things that required correction, customer needs to inform us before making confirmation.

BEGIN PRODUCTION

After receiving artwork's confirmation from customer, we will start production of the ordered products. Upon customers request, sample also will be provided with extra charge.

For ready-made products, production usually takes 7 working days while for custom-made products that are produced locally such as t-shirts, cushion pillows, bags,etc production usually takes 14-20 working days.

Custom-made products that are produced in China or Vietnam will take about 45 days before we can deliver to customers.

DELIVERY/ SELF-COLLECT

Normally we will charge customer for delivery based on delivery's location and parcel's weight. Purchase above RM1000 in Klang valley, Kajang, Bangi and Nilai areas will entitle free-of-charge delivery. Customer also can arrange for self-collection of their order at our main office or branch office upon our confirmation that the goods are ready to be collected.
